Wilson Premier Baseball works with a wide variety of lodging partners in our tournament locations to secure the lowest rates for all teams. It is a requirement for all teams traveling to a Wilson Premier event to book their rooms through our Lodging Partners. Once accepted into the tournament, you must contact our housing group, Traveling Teams, listed on the Wilson Premier website. Rooming lists including confirmation numbers, name of property, number of room nights and check-in/check-out dates must be completed no later than 20 days before the start date of the event. If there are any questions pertaining specifically to the lodging policy, please contact Traveling Teams via email (Reg@TravelingTeams.com), phone (866.468.3268), or tournament hotel link.
Any reservations booked through a third party provider (i.e. hotels.com, expedia, hotwire, hotel planner), using reward points or booking outside of the Wilson Premier room block will not fulfill requirement and will be required to complete the lodging buyout option that must be paid 20 days before the start date of the event ($600).
Teams within an 80 mile drive radius may request a waiver on the lodging policy.
